How to become a stockist in 3 steps
- Apply online. Complete the Chapter VI PRO account application and tell us about your salon, barbershop, clinic, wig studio or training business.
- We verify you. Every application is reviewed before approval. We may ask for evidence of your business, qualifications, insurance, premises, sales channels, delivery markets and VAT status.
- Sign in and order. Once approved and signed in, you see trade pricing and PRO-only products across the range.
Who can apply
Trade accounts are for businesses only: hair replacement salons and studios, barbers offering hair systems, wig specialists and hair loss clinics, and educators and trainers. If you are buying for personal use, please shop our main store.

Chapter VI Hair holds 6 certified UK distributorships, including Professional Hair Labs, GHOSTBOND, Walker Tape, Beautify and The Scruffy Hair Co. Ranges include hair system adhesives, hair system tape, removers, scalp prep, hair system care, wig supplies, colour, tools and kits.
Delivery
Orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48. PRO orders over 10kg go by a separate service.
